Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or during public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Options Overview

WoodMart offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

FondGifts ships worldwide! All international sales on FondGifts.com are final. While we don't charge customs or import taxes at purchase, you might incur additional duties upon receiving your order.

Due to licensing, some items can't be shipped to certain countries. International customers may face order restrictions or cancellations if an item isn't available for their location.

Alaska, and US Territories (excluding Guam, US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico)

Unfortunately, we do not ship to any US territories. We only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands.

Address Errors

Delivery Address

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Because we aim to ship orders quickly, please notify us immediately if there is an issue with your address.

Should a package be returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, such as missing an apartment or building number, the following fees will apply depending on how you'd like us to handle the situation:Reshipping to the correct address.

Shipping to Temporary Addresses

We don't guarantee deliveries to hotels or temporary addresses, nor do we recommend shipping to them due to our processing times. It's your responsibility to provide a complete and correct address where someone can receive the package. We can't reroute orders or accept returns/cancellations for missed deliveries at these locations.

We currently do not support shipping a single order to multiple addresses. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please create separate orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number and a link so you can track the status of your package.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
