01. Shipping Overview
At FondGifts, we are collectors ourselves. We understand that your order isn't just a package—it's a new addition to your collection. We make every effort to ensure your items arrive on time and in perfect condition.
Shipping Protocol
- Processing: Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Weekend or holiday orders are processed the next business day.
- Customs: We ship worldwide. While we do not charge customs or import taxes at checkout, you may incur additional duties upon arrival depending on your local laws.
- Restrictions: Due to licensing, some items may have regional shipping restrictions. If an item is unavailable for your location, we will notify you immediately.
02. Regional Restrictions
United States & Territories
We ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Currently, we do not ship to US Territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands.
03. Address & Delivery Errors
Address Corrections
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email service@fondgifts.com immediately with your order number. Once an order is processed, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address (e.g., missing apartment number), reshipping fees will apply.
Temporary Addresses
We do not recommend shipping to hotels or temporary addresses. FondGifts is not responsible for missed deliveries or rerouting requests at these locations.
04. Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package's journey.
